More information regarding Childcare Subsidies is available on the Work and Income website https://www.workandincome.govt.nz/eligibility/children/childcare.html or on the WINZ brochure “Help with childcare costs” available from either the centre or a Work and Income Office.
The centre does not operate on public holidays and will be closed for two weeks over the Christmas period. Closure dates for this period will be advised. We are open at all other times.
If you wish to change the hours your child is enrolled in the centre please see Jenna so a change of enrolment form can be completed and signed. We are required to document all changes to children enrolments for the Ministry of Education.
The centre closes promptly at 5.30pm. If you are going to be late collecting your child, please contact the centre as soon as possible. While we understand that emergencies arise from time to time, consistent lateness will incur a $10 for every 10 minute block you are late. This late fee will be added to your account to cover staff wages who stayed late to be with your child.
If your child starts early in the morning you are welcome to bring their breakfast to be eaten at the centre.
